

The Artists’s Palate is the collaboration of chefs Charles Fells and Megan Kulpa Fells. They bring a wealth of professional culinary expertise to the management of the restaurant. Since April 2006, Charles Fells has served as Co-Owner and Executive Chef. Previously, Fells was Executive Chef at the Busy Bee Café in Poughkeepsie and Executive Chef at Williams Lake Hotel and Resort, Rosendale. Co-owner and Executive Chef Megan Kulpa Fells is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. She previously served as Executive Chef for the Dutchess Golf and Country Club in Poughkeepsie, Executive Chef for 23 Broadway in Kingston, NY and Chef at the West Park Winery in West Park-on-Hudson. Megan Kulpa Fells appeared on The Food Network’s top-rated Chopped culinary competition program in 2009.
